FAQ's

What does Beard wash do?

Beard wash is a specially formulated beard care product distributed by King’s Crown 1774. Beards need regular cleansing in order to stay attractive and well-kept. However, your regular shampoo is designed to strip greasy hair of all its oils. On your head, that keeps hair from looking sticky, and it’s a good thing. On your beard, though, that can spell trouble, causing split ends, breakage, frizz and an uncomfortable itch. Instead, beard wash cleanses your beard while keeping all the oils it needs to look great and feel amazing.

What are the side effects of jojoba oil?

Jojoba oil is a liquid extracted from the seeds of the jojoba plant, a small shrub. Applied to the skin, jojoba oil is a powerful softening emollient, with soothing effects on the skin. Another desirable side effect is unclogging hair follicles blocked by dirt or residue. Jojoba oil is renowned for the many additional benefits it provides to your skin. It has moisturizing, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties. It's noncomedogenic and hypoallergenic, so it's exceptionally kind on your skin. It also regulates sebum oil production, warding off acne.

How to prevent razor burn and ingrown hairs

Razor burn and ingrown hair are caused by a deficient technique or subpar skincare. Razor burns are caused by shaving in ways that irritate the skin, like against the grain, or with cold water. Avoid razor burn by using clean, sharp blades, and warm water. Ingrown hairs are the result of hairs becoming blocked in their follicles, forming bumps against the razor. To prevent them, you need to exfoliate and cleanse your skin before shaving, to unclog your follicles. Using a balm or lotion afterward will help prevent new ingrown hairs too.
